Human Resources Trainee

A Human Resources Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the departments activities and projects.

What will I be doing

A Human Resources Trainee will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of the departments activities and projects. Specifically the intern will be responsible for performing the following tasks in accordance with the companys standards:

o Coordinate projects and activities with the department and provide support and assistance.
oMaintain communication with the relevant departments (via email phone and in person)
o Assist team members with their requests
o Draft informational emails on behalf of the department
o Keep each departments filing system up to date: vacation schedules calendars etc.
o Assist with team member recognition activities
oAssist in coordinating company events
o Support team members in training activities
o Attend meetings
o Be familiar with and follow emergency procedures when necessary; report unsafe conditions
o Maintain a good working relationship with other departments and employees
o Keep the work area clean and organized
