Job Summary
Introduction to the job
Support China Communications daily work including external and internal comms.
Role and responsibilities
- Support in event organization both online and offline activities e.g. All Employee Meeting China Leadership Meeting Annual Dinner etc.
- Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content design mailing translation from English to Chinese and vice versa.
- ASML leaders video shooting and production support.
- Desk research under given topics.
- Participate in daily communications and support communications administration.
- Other jobs assigned by line manager
Education and experience
- Year 3/4 undergraduate student and postgraduate student.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English excellent in translation and writing.
Skills
- Experienced in Microsoft Office software e.g. Word PowerPoint Excel and etc.
- Layout design photography and video editing is preferred.
- Proficiency in using AI tools is a strong plus.
Other information
Internship will be more than 6 months. Available least 3 days a week.
