Essential Role Duties
- Word processing filing and scheduling.
- Prepares reports and provides record-keeping using specialized software when necessary.
- Responds to general inquiries from management employees and clients inside and outside of the company.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences
- Creates assists with and updates presentations.
- Prepares internal and external correspondence.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
