Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to our Purchase Ledger Supervisor.
- Responsibility for half of our supplier ledger
- Statement Reconciliations.
- Dealing with Daily Post & Emails received recording invoices on our systems & sending out for authorisation.
- Reconciliation of invoices to our Purchase Order Systems.
- Batching & processing of invoices & credit notes.
- Liaising with internal departments & suppliers to resolve queries.
- Being Numerate accurate & with attention to detail.
