Sterlington runs several core business processes in Zoho the growth of the business our underlying systems require further development and maintenance. This covers existing core business processes in Zoho Onemoduleslike Projects Desk Creator Writer & CRM but extends to wider systemdesign and architecture as we look to make our systems more robust.

This role will work in our development team to customize& administerexistingZoho Onemodules. As an expert in Zoho Creator and either Python or Node you willdesign and build systems customapplications tools scripts & fieldsto make business processes more efficient.

WhatYoullDo:

• Lead the end-to-end customization configuration and administration of Zoho Oneapplications

• Support integrations data processing and building backend logicacross systems.

• Design and implement scalable workflowssystemsand architecture to automateprocesses andoptimizebusiness operations across legal finance and internal teams.

• Build and maintainZoho Creator/Deluge custom applicationsto automate complex processes and enhance system functionalityin alignment with business needs

• Own system integrations between Zoho and internal/external platforms (APIs third-party tools databases).

• Partner with stakeholders across the firm to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues bugs and user queries ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Maintain data integrity system performance and security best practices acrossbusiness systems.

• Create andmaintainclear technical documentation including workflows integrations and system architecture.

• Continuouslyidentifyopportunities to improve efficiency automation and scalability withinthe company

WhatWereLooking For:

• Demonstrable experience as a Zoho Developer / Zoho One Specialist in a complex multi-module environment

• 3 years of hands-on experience in Deluge scripting and workflow automation working knowledge of Python (or similar scripting language)

• Hands-on experience with Zoho One suite implementation customization and administration including building custom applications from scratch in Zoho Creator

• Demonstrated experience with API integrations and connecting Zoho with third-party systems.

• Solid understanding of business process mapping and translating requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience working in fast-paced cross-functional environments (legal finance or professional services is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.

• Ability to produce clear structured technical documentation.

• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

• Highly organized with strong ownership and accountability as an independent contractor
