Job Summary
Work with qualified international buyers. Close deals. Earn high commissions.
& are expanding our professional real estate team on the Costa del Sol.
We are a Danish-owned real estate group with offices in Costa del Sol Costa Blanca and Dubai specialising in new build properties and representing some of Europes leading developers.
Through strong marketing investment and user-friendly platforms we provide our agents with pre-qualified international clients and booked meetings. Supported by our in-house Telemarketing team and dedicated resales department you will also have access to direct listings and additional property options - so you can focus on what you do best: selling.
Important Requirement (Please Read Before Applying)
This role is only suitable for candidates who:
- Are already living on the Costa del Sol
- Have minimum 1 year of real estate experience in this market
- Have solid knowledge of the areas developments and client journey

Your Role
- Manage qualified international buyers from first contact to closing
- Conduct online and in-person property viewings
- Present and sell new developments across the Costa del Sol
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full purchase process
- Maintain structured follow-up and CRM updates
Requirements
- Native or fluent French strong English
- Have minimum 1 year of real estate experience in this market
- Strong knowledge of local areas and developments
- Proven sales / closing mindset
- Autónomo or willing to work as self-employed
- Own car and driving licence
- Professional proactive and results-driven
