The Role
We are currently seeking a Superintendentto coordinate manage and deliver the end-to-end project life cycle for high-profile urban/land development subdivision earthworks and urban renewal projects.
With previous experience in the urban/land development market the successful candidate will apply innovative economical and practical methods to drive the success of complex high-priority major urban development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and large-scale urban projects from start to finish including feasibility design and construction management
- Undertake financial management client liaison and contract administration of assigned projects
- Provide oversight and governance to resolve project issues and ensure high-quality project outcomes
- Provide coaching and support to project personnel
- Undertake technical problem-solving
- Source build and maintain strong and effective client relationships through successful project delivery and targeted activities
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years domestic superintendency experience with an urban development/land development focus
- Previous experience working within an Engineering Design Consultancy
- High level communication skills to advise and guide project delivery in a pro-active manner
- Knowledge of relevant design codes Local Regulatory Authority Guidelines and Australian Standards
- A track record of achievement in a similar role and a passion for building trusted relationships with tier one developers to drive positive change and win new work
