Job Summary
About the role Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload (up to 12) and embed trauma-informed culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams drive case goals and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.

Duties
- Conduct assessments and set intervention plans
- Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support
- Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice
- Manage risk compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders and courts
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Psychology Social Work OT or MH Nursing
- 5 years in therapeutic/OOHC settings Current AHPRA or relevant registration
- NDIS and disability pathway knowledge
- Driver licence and probity checks
