Workforce Solutions is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Rhythm of the Business (ROB) mechanisms and special projects. The Business Operations primary purpose is to transform the organization to drive efficient high visibility work that maximizes organizational impact. Through the establishment and inspection of structures and mechanisms we drive impact of product and service management goal achievement business change management communications and organizational design. As a centralized support across all organization verticals our initiatives and mechanisms enhance and accelerate time information and decision-making efficiency for the organization.

Key job responsibilities

Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.
Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Asana Permissions WorkDocs Wiki and Quip.
Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings weekly monthly quarter business reviews dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.
Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews
Engage with product TPM and development teams to correct process gaps

- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical dental vision prescription Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans EAP Mental Health Support Medical Advice Line Flexible Spending Accounts Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage) 401(k) matching paid time off and parental leave.
