Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor dispatch communications receive and document calls for service and coordinate the timely routing of officers vehicles and/or responders to reported incidents and operational needs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner maintaining clear communication with site contacts supervisors and/or emergency services as needed.
• Track activity across the location through radios phones logs and/or related systems helping to support incident reporting shift updates and continuity of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned noting unusual activity access issues and/or maintenance concerns in manufacturing and industrial environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
