Kruse Motors is seeking Automotive Service Technicians! We are hiring all levels of Technicians from entry level to class A! The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining (Ford and Lincoln) vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. This role requires a mix of technical ability attention to detail and a commitment to deliveringhigh-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform vehicle inspections diagnostics maintenance and repairs with efficiency and accuracy
- Examine vehicles to identify necessary repairs or safety items that may not be included on the repair order
Communicate with service advisors and supervisors regarding job status and findings
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Attend and successfully complete factory training as required
- Follow all company policies procedures and safety standards
Skills and Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (often 50 lbs or more)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Integrity a positive attitude strong work ethic and the eagerness toimprove
