Join Our Team at Emplify by Gundersen Health System as a Patient Liaison - Boscobel (ER Registration)

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service As a Patient Liaisonat our Boscobel clinic youll support ER registrationand the switchboard providing clear communication wayfinding and serviceoriented support to patients and visitors during some of their most important moment

Whats Available:

• .6 FTE (48 hours bi-weekly)

• Every other weekend rotation:12hour shifts

• Weekday shifts (8 hours):Working 2nd or 3rd shiftbetween 3:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. (Shift differentials available!)

• Location: Boscobel WI (home base)with travel to Muscodaand Fennimore depending on clinic need.

What Youll Do

• Partner with Clinicians Nurses and Medical Assistants to ensure smooth patient registration and scheduling

• Support ER registrationincluding gathering accurate patient information

• Operate theswitchboard routing calls and transfers efficiently

• Collect payments and verify information with accuracy and empathy

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

What Youll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting with customer service responsibilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
