SupportNew Product Introduction (NPI) executionactivities inMSB Assembly Cleanroom (CR1/CR2/CR3)to ensuretimely safe and compliant execution of NPI builds from lot release throughAOut by coordinating daily execution tracking issues and supporting engineers CEM IPPC and manufacturing teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. NPI Execution Support (Core Responsibility)

Supportdaily NPI lot executionacross Assembly CR1/CR2/CR3 (Die Attach Wire Bond Encapsulation Laser Singulation etc.).

MonitorNPIlotsstatus(WIP holds rework conversion disposition) and highlight risks toNPM / Process / Equipment / CEM.

Assistinexpediting NPI lotsto meetAOut MAD MCD and customer commitment dates.

Trackbuild readiness(material availability tooling DID recipe conversion readiness).

2. Daily Operations & Issue Tracking

Supportdaily shift executionby tracking:

Tool readiness / downtime impact to NPI

Conversion issues (recipe mismatch DID gaps tooling mismatch)

Process abnormalities yield issues and holds

Help prepare and updatedaily execution trackers WIP lists and action logs.

Escalateexecution blockerspromptly to responsible owners.

3.CrossFunctionalCoordination

Work closely with:

NPI / NPM engineers

Assembly Process & Equipment Engineers

CEM / IPPC / Manufacturing teams

Planning and Test NPM

Supportinterteamcommunicationto ensure correct priorities for NPI lots.

Assistin coordinatingshift handover informationfor NPI execution continuity.

4. Documentation & System Support

Assistin:

Updating NPI build information inOmelek/ ATPEA / SAP / internal trackers.

Verifying correctprocess flow routing and disposition rulesare applied.

Support preparation ofbasic reports summaries and status updates for NPI reviews.

Ensuredocumentation completenessfor NPI execution (build notes deviationsfollowups).

5. Compliance Safety & Quality

Ensure NPI execution followsMSB Assembly specifications safety rules and cleanroom protocols.

Support engineers duringprocess deviations ensuring proper escalation and documentation.

Assistin monitoringhold lots expired materialsimpact andqualityrelatedalerts affecting NPI.

Required Qualifications

Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma inEngineering(Manufacturing Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related).

03years experienceinsemiconductor assembly manufacturing or operations support.

Familiarity withcleanroom operationsis an advantage.

Basic knowledge ofNPI flowsis preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strongexecutionfocusand sense of urgency.

Goodcommunicationand coordination skillsacross teams and shifts.

Ability to trackmultiple lots and prioritiesin afastpacedenvironment.

Comfortable working withmanufacturing systems and trackers(SAP dashboards Excel).

Willingness to supportshiftbasedor extended hourswhen NPI executionrequires.
