岗位职责

一自动化系统方案与需求对接

深入理解工厂生产和自动化业务需求设备数据采集状态监控参数管理等将业务需求转化为清晰的系统和技术方案

参与上位机及工业物联网IoT相关系统的整体方案设计确保系统架构满足生产现场的稳定性可扩展性和落地可行性

作为业务与技术之间的桥梁协调内部生产设备工艺等部门确保解决方案贴合实际生产场景

二供应商协作与系统集成

对接外部软件自动化及 IoT 解决方案供应商参与系统选型技术评估及方案确认

协调供应商完成系统开发接口对接及功能实现确保满足工厂自动化与数据集成要求

推动上位机系统与已有系统如 SCADAMES 等的集成实现设备数据生产状态和关键信息的互联互通

三实施支持与落地交付

协调并支持系统在生产现场的部署调试及上线工作跟进问题解决保障系统稳定运行

参与设备接入数据联调和系统测试验证系统功能稳定性和数据准确性

在系统运行过程中协同供应商和内部团队持续优化方案支持工厂数字化和自动化升级

四文档与持续改进

输出并维护相关技术及方案文档包括业务需求说明系统方案接口说明及运维文档

总结项目经验与最佳实践为后续类似项目提供参考

持续关注工厂自动化和工业数字化相关技术趋势支持未来系统优化与升级

Role Overview

This role focuses on understanding factory automation needs and delivering automation and IoT solutions through close collaboration with vendors. It requires handson software development skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Automation & Business Requirement Alignment

Understand factory automation and production requirements (equipment data status monitoring parameter management etc.).

Translate business and operational needs into clear system and solution requirements.

Work closely with internal stakeholders (production equipment process teams) to ensure solutions fit real production scenarios.

2. Vendor Collaboration & System Integration

Work with external automation software and IoT vendors on solution design system selection and technical alignment.

Coordinate system development interface integration and solution delivery with vendors.

Support integration with existing factory systems such as SCADA MES or similar platforms.

3. Implementation & Delivery Support

Support onsite deployment testing and system rollout together with vendors and internal teams.

Participate in system validation data integration and issue resolution to ensure stable operation.

Continuously improve solutions based on production feedback and automation upgrades.

4. Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and maintain solution documents including requirements system designs and operation guidelines.

Capture project lessons learned and best practices for future implementations.

Stay informed about factory automation and industrial digitalization trends.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organizations industry group trends directions major issues regulatory considerations and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Software Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of software development life cycle; ability to use a structured methodology for delivering and managing new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.

Application Development Tools: Knowledge of application and system development; ability to utilize a variety of specific tools and toolkits for developing applications.

Artificial Intelligence: Knowledge of the concepts technologies and methodologies of artificial intelligence (AI); ability to develop implement and/or apply artificial intelligence products and services in specific industry domain to achieve business goals.

Programming: Knowledge of relevant programming languages and tools; ability to test write design debug troubleshoot and maintain source codes and computer programs.

Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches tools and techniques; ability to anticipate recognize and resolve technical issues on hardware software application or operation.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
