Senior Technical Application Consultant

• Acting together with the team as a cornerstone in delivering endtoend technical application services aligned with SLAs and business goals

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define service delivery goals ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices

• Monitor service delivery performance analyze metrics and take corrective actions to address performance gaps

• Contributing to the resolution of escalated issues ensuring quick and effective resolution of complex service delivery issues

• Spotting continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency quality and service outcomes

• Contributing to regular updates and reports on service delivery status risks and opportunities to clients and senior leadership

• Part of the client facing team develop and maintain solid relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations satisfied

• Collaborating with technical experts on complex problems sharing best practices and enhancing the overall service delivery team
