Job Summary
Sidney Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must possess or be able to obtain a valid Nebraska teaching certificate prior to Public Schools is a progressive and student centered school district located in Western Nebraska along the I-80 corridor 90 miles east of Cheyenne Wyoming. The applicant must have a growth-minded disposition that reflects the desire to build capacity for all learners the capability to implement research-based best practices along with the knowledge to interpret data to make informed instructional decisions for the benefit of student achievement and success.
Duties include the ability to work with a variety of groups teachers parents and children in homes daycares and preschools; demonstrate the ability to plan direct implement and evaluate successful learning environments; knowledge of primary service provider approach to services is preferred but training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
