Key Skills & Competencies

• Maintain supplier contract logs and follow-ups (renewals deliverables performance checkpoints).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and practical understanding of Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in project coordination budget tracking or PMO support roles.
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured working style.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is advantage
• S/4 HANA or Service Max experience is advantage

Responsibilities

1. Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for digital delivery teams (daily stand-ups sprint planning refinement reviews retrospectives)
• Ensure Scrum practices and OneCOE delivery guidelines are followed consistently.
• Remove impediments protect the team from distractions and enable continuous improvement.
• Promote agile best practicesand foster a culture of transparency

2. Internal Communications Specialist

• Prepare presentations newsletters and updates for leadership
• Act as the primary owner ofinternal communicationswithin the oneCOE Europe team.
• Craft clear consistent and engaging communications

3. oneCOE supplier management for Europe lead projects

• Support budget monitoring and variance tracking.
• Maintain supplier contract logs and follow-ups (renewals deliverables performance checkpoints).
