We are hiring for Project Scheduler for our Railway Project for Gurgaon Office.
Job Title- Project Scheduler
Location- Gurgaon
Role Overview:
The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing monitoring and updating project schedules for railway consultancy assignments. The role involves close coordination with design engineering procurement and client teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed baseline project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Prepare Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for railway consultancy projects
Define project activities sequencing durations and dependencies
Monitor project progress and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis
Conduct delay analysis and identify critical path impacts
Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week / 4-week plans)
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (civil signaling track electrification etc.)
Generate progress reports dashboards and MIS reports
Support project management in risk assessment and mitigation planning
Track deliverables related to design submissions approvals and client reviews
Assist in EOT (Extension of Time) claims and documentation
Participate in client meetings and present schedule status
Key Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil)
7-10 years of experience in project scheduling
5 Experience in railway metro is mandatory.

Primavera P6
