Job Summary
Empath Home Health a member of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated Baylor Registered Nurse (RN). The RNs schedule will be Friday Saturday Sunday and Monday.

What youll Do
- Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patients needs including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments at appropriate time points.
- Initiates the plan of care and revise as necessary.
- Provides nursing services and/or treatments indicated on plan of care.
- Counsels and educates the patient and family on disease process self-care techniques and prevention strategies.

What Youll Need
- Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and own a current Florida RN license.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- Minimum one year experience providing direct patient care; previous experience as a home health RN preferred.
