Bauleiter / Site Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Planung Koordination und Überwachung von Bauprojekten

• Erstellung und Kontrolle von Zeitplänen und Budgets

• Führung und Anleitung von Bauteams und Subunternehmern

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards Sicherheitsvorschriften und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen

• Kommunikation mit Kunden Architekten und Behörden Subunternehmer in Einzelfällen mit dem Kunden

• Durchführung regelmäßiger Baustellenbegehungen und Fortschrittskontrollen

• Erstellung von Berichten und Dokumentation des Baufortschritts

• Konfliktmanagement und Problemlösung auf der Baustelle

• Abnahme von Bauleistungen mit dem Projektleiter und Übergabe an den Bauherrn

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen Architektur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Abschlossene Berufsausbildung im Handwerklichen Bereich)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauplanung und -ausführung

• Vertrautheit mit relevanten Bauvorschriften und Sicherheitsbestimmungen

• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

• Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Software

• Führerschein Klasse B

• Hohe Reisebereitschaft
