As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatcher in Richardson TX this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $20.81 / Hour

Job Schedule:

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to tenants visitors and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response and dispatch-related activities.
• Monitor phones radios alarms cameras and/or building communication systems to receive calls for service document activity and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Dispatch officers and/or site personnel to incidents maintenance concerns access issues and other property-related situations while helping to coordinate timely communication across the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner gathering details preparing reports and sharing updates with property management and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring status checks and/or coordination of field personnel around the business and perimeter with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state county and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
