QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum:

AA Certification in School Administration Endorsement Area 486487 or 488.
Experience as a classroom teacher.
Experience as a school administrator.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong human relation skills.
A philosophy of school leadership which includes:

Instructional leadership
Curriculum emphasis
An understanding of child development
A safe orderly and effective school climate
High performance expectations
Sound fiscal management
Parent and community involvement and

SALARY: administrative scale for 2026-2027 School Year
