We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a provider who values collaborative care patient-centered treatment and innovative mental health therapies.

PMHNP Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Prescribe and manage medications including ketamine/Spravato TMS and psychiatric medications
• Develop treatment plans that align with client goals and clinical best practices.
• Monitor medication response side effects contraindications and risk factors.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.

Collaboration

• Coordinate care with internal therapists psychologists and outside referents.
• Participate in case consultation and interdisciplinary discussion as needed.
• Communicate treatment progress and care plans with clients and families when appropriate.

Patient Experience & Clinical Contribution

• Provide empathetic professional care to clients of varying backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to support symptom reduction and stability.
• Contribute to a supportive growth-focused clinical environment.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and strengthen clinical practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: Base Salary of $75000 Production; paid bi-weekly; estimated annual earning potential of up to $132000/year based on 20 sessions per week

PMHNP Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
• Commitment to high-quality patient-centered care
