As the Partnerships Specialist you will support our Partnership distribution channel via this handson peoplefocused role where youll work closely with thirdparty partners their teams and customers playing a key role in strengthening advocacy for the bank and driving sustainable growth.
Location: Bundaberg Hobart or Brisbane
About the role
As a Partnerships Specialist youll support the daytoday operations of the Partnerships channel ensuring partners and customers receive a seamless highquality experience. Youll act as a trusted point of contact contribute to process improvements and play an important role as first line of defence in identifying and managing operational and risk issues.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail banking or financial services with strong skills in collaboration administration and communication to build trusted relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Support Partnership channel operations including account origination customer management and partner interactions
- Provide exceptional service to partners customers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Identify and escalate emerging or potential risks supporting customer security and the banks reputation
- Manage incidents and complaints in line with established processes
- Work collaboratively across teams to achieve shared objectives
- Comply with all risk compliance privacy and security obligations
About you
Youre organised proactive and customerfocused with the confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Youll bring:
- 23 years experience in retail banking or financial services (desirable)
- Experience providing customer service and supporting internal and external relationships
- An understanding of banking risk and compliance obligations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to problemsolve and see issues through to resolution
- Good planning time management and attention to detail
- Confidence using workplace systems and office tools
