At VMCH our vision as Catholic Not for Profit organisation is to be a leading provider of high-quality disability specialist education aged care and retirement living services. Weve been in operation for over a century providing in home residential aged care retirement living disability services and specialist education we have over 50 locations 2600 employees over 600 volunteers and provide services 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Currently due to internal projects and growth we are looking for a IT Project manager to come on board for 6 months. This role works closely with stakeholders vendors and technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered efficiently meet business needs and align with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Delivery
- Governance Accurate Reporting and Analysis
- Ensure the project stays within budget and delivered on time
- Manage all stakeholders and vendors in and outside the organization
- Prepare manage and tack budgets schedule and deliverables
- Develop and execute change management plans and ensure smooth transition
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong capability around project management and delivery
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Ability to influence and negotiate when necessary to meet the objectives
- Strong understanding of full SDLC and various systems
- Experience using Microsoft project and suits.
- Experience with Jira Azure or similar platforms
- Experience working in Agile or Prince 2 methodology.
