Position Summary
TruOrtho PLLC is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to join our highly specialized physician-owned private practice in San Antonio.
This is not a high-volume multi-specialty orthopedic group. TruOrtho is a supra-subspecialized orthopaedic practice built intentionally around focused expertise aligned surgical philosophy and an elevated patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care in outpatient and operative settings
Manage the full spectrum of Foot & Ankle pathology including trauma sports injuries deformity arthritis and reconstruction
Build and expand the Foot & Ankle service line
Collaborate closely with referring physicians therapists and surgical partners
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Contribute strategically to practice development initiatives


Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited institution
Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency
Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
Board certified or board eligible
Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Alignment with a high-touch boutique subspecialty practice model
