MRI Technologist Travel Contract
Location: New York NY (10011)
Duration: 8 Weeks
Compensation: Travel: $3036.50/week Local: $2415/week
Schedule: Day Shift 12 hrs/day 3 days/week (8:00 AM 8:00 PM)
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced hospital setting. Must ensure patient safety accurate imaging and adherence to established protocols while collaborating with radiology staff.
Requirements:
ARRT (MRI) certification & active state license
BCLS certification
Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology program
2 years MRI experience preferred
Strong knowledge of MRI physics and cross-sectional anatomy
Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans and maintain diagnostic image quality
Position patients and coils correctly
Educate patients on procedures and safety
Maintain accurate records and support scheduling
Follow MRI safety and infection control protocols
