The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under the direction of a physician. This role includes assessing planning implementing documenting and evaluating patient care while partnering with patients families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure highquality outcomes.Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Licensure:
- Current state RN licensure.
- Valid drivers license.
Certifications:
- CPR certification required.
Other:
- Ability to meet travel requirements for home visits.
