Job Description:

Your Summer as a Global Markets Analyst:

  • You will receive 4 months of on-the-job training covering the sales trading and origination of our products
  • TD Securities provides recruits with as much exposure as possible to a wide variety of sales and trading functions and products

How You Will Contribute:

  • Complete complex financial transactions in a fast-paced business environment where products and services are highly competitive
  • Work as part of a team to maximize business opportunities and provide financial solutions to our commercial corporate and institutional client base
  • Ensure your team achieves its objectives by foreseeing client needs and developing an unparalleled level of service with confidence

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Graduating in December 2027 or Spring / Summer 2028 with a Graduate or Undergraduate degree in either Business Administration Commerce Finance Computer Science Economics Physics Quantitative Finance Engineering or related field with a demonstrated record of achievement.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and strong business finance mathematics and quantitative analysis skills or relevant experience
  • Computer programing skills and use of statistical software packages such as Python R SAS SQL Spark Java and C are not required but would be considered an asset
  • Industry experience and courses are highly desirable
