E-Logic is seeking an Electronic Security Systems Integrator (EACSS Engineer) to support the Bureau of Reclamations Northern California Area Office (NCAO). This role is responsible for the installation configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic access control and surveillance systems (EACSS) across multiple dam and facility locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems engineer with strong experience in security systems networking and field operations capable of working independently in high-security and infrastructure environments and available to work in multiple Reclamations Northern California Area Office (NCAO)s facilities in California area.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support all security software surveillance systems and access control systems
- Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations
- Conduct quarterly system functionality checks (cameras alarms sensors barriers)
- Manage system backups log cleanup updates and performance monitoring
- Generate system performance and alarm reports
- Install configure upgrade and patch security systems and related software
- Provide technical guidance on system administration and infrastructure
- Maintain servers workstations and integrated security platforms
- Develop and maintain system maps analytics and dashboards
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues
- Perform corrective maintenance and system repairs
- Provide recommendations for system improvements and spare parts inventory
- Ensure timely resolution of issues within defined SLAs
- Respond to critical system failures within required timeframes (on-site response required)
- Support after-hours emergency callouts when necessary
- Document incidents actions taken and resolution timelines
- Provide end-user training on system operations (badge access monitoring video review)
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Support integration of AI capabilities into surveillance operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with electronic access control systems and video surveillance systems
- Hands-on experience with networking system integration and troubleshooting
- Experience working in field environments or critical infrastructure settings
- Security systems platforms (e.g. AMAG Symmetry CompleteView)
- Networking fundamentals (IP-based systems servers workstations)
- System installation maintenance and diagnostics
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST RMF FISMA preferred)
Certifications (Required)
- AMAG Symmetry Access Control Certification
- Symmetry End User/System Manager Training
