Job Summary

Position Summary

A consulting and analytics firm based in Sterling VA is seeking a Web Application Developer. The role focuses on developing and maintaining internal and client-facing web applications while contributing to new product development. Candidates should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end development and have hands-on experience independently deploying applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web and mobile-friendly applications.
Build and support full stack solutions including front-end back-end and database components.
Manage application deployments using tools such as Docker Kubernetes or similar technologies.
Collaborate with developers product teams and stakeholders using tools like Git Figma and Trello.
Ensure applications meet performance security and usability standards.
Contribute ideas to improve internal tools and client-facing products.

Required Qualifications

4 years of full stack development experience.
Experience independently deploying applications (Docker Kubernetes or similar).
Experience with modern web technologies such as React Django or similar frameworks.
Ability to work in Linux or macOS environments.
Strong problem-solving communication and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with TypeScript React Tailwind Django GitHub Actions or Docker.
Experience mentoring or coaching developers.
Bachelors degree in a related field preferred but not required.
