What you will do:
- Establish andmaintainpartnerships withOISinternal and cross functionalstakeholdersto understand business needs challenge assumptions andbe able to provideefficientsolutions
- Own and evolve keyreportingplatforms ensure dataintegrityandproduce reports using dashboards and metrics to measure progress
- Contribute with data and insights inOISwide forums and communications (e.g. review forums SharePoint sites )
- Drivedata integrity and alignment with the global OIS teams and other stakeholders
- Set standards frameworks and governance for analytics practices
- Support in complex cross -functional initiatives (e.g.indigitalization use of AI)
- Build andmaintainan active network with other analysts to continuously learn and developanalytics processestoolsand solutions
- Proactivelyidentifyopportunities for process and system improvements

What you will need:
Required Qualification:
- Bachelors or mastersdegree in data scienceBusiness AnalyticsEngineering or a related field
- 2 to 7years ofexperience indataanalysis preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of predictive/advancedanalytics data visualization and reporting tools
- Proficiencyin data tools such as Power BI Tableau SQL or Python is desirable
- ProficiencyinMicrosoft suite
Preferred Qualification:
- Proactive problem solving strong analyticalandstrategic thinkingabilities
- Passion for continuous improvementand learning
- Excellent prioritization skillsandattention to detail
- Strongproficiencyin SQL server and relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Azure or SharePoint.
