Job Summary

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Lubbock TX. Package includes competitive rate paid time off and benefit options.

Requirements:

Active LVN license (Texas)
Valid photo ID TB documentation
Current CPR certification
COVID-19 negative test
Must pass drug screen & background check (FBI fingerprint)
12 years of patient care experience

Skills:

Medication administration
Documentation & data entry
G-tube enteral feeding
Foley catheter
Tracheostomy care

Responsibilities:

Direct patient care under RN supervision
Administer medications & treatments
Patient education
Maintain documentation

Work Schedule

Training: MonFri 8 AM 5 PM (first 5 weeks)
Shift: 2 PM 10 PM (every other weekend) OR weekend double shifts
32 hours/week guaranteed
