As a Security Officer - TWIC Mobile Patrol Driver in Houston TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a utilities location where you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents and respond to alarms and reports with clear communication and strong customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures policies and/or post orders including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of utility operations areas buildings parking areas and perimeter lines to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials log entries and exits and support controlled access for employees contractors and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner requesting assistance from site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete timely reports and maintain accurate logs of patrols incidents and observations and communicate relevant updates to supervision and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card and/or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
