The Cape Cod Collaborative seeks a Family Engagement Liaison to lead and strengthen family engagement initiatives across the Collaborative and partner districts. This part-time grant-funded position will focus on developing meaningful partnerships with families supporting inclusive engagement strategies and guiding the development of a Family Resource Guide to help families access educational behavioral health and community resources.
The Family Engagement Liaison will work collaboratively with staff community partners and families to ensure that resources are accessible culturally responsive and aligned with the needs of students and caregivers across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate family engagement initiatives.
- Build relationships with families caregiversschools and community partners.
- Facilitate family input through meetings focus groups surveysandevents.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive family-friendly Family Resource Guide
- Identify and coordinate regional education social service and community resources.
- Support outreach workshops and dissemination of resources.
- Assist with grant documentation reporting and activity tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in education social work public health community engagement or related field (Masters preferred)
- Experience working with families schools or community organizations
- Strong communication facilitation and relationship-building skills
- Culturally responsive family-centered approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
