Role At A Glance

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Customer Success Specialist to join our Yaydoo team and manage day-to-day client relationships and help deliver an excellent customer experience. This role will be responsible for coordinating technical support driving customer satisfaction and ensuring a smooth experience using our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and implementation process for new customers on the platform.
  • Guide customers in the adoption and effective use of Yaydoos solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase satisfaction.
  • Monitor platform usage and detect opportunities for improvement or account expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales Product Support and Operations teams to address customer needs.
  • Provide guidance and best practices related to invoicing collections and accounts receivable processes.
  • Track customer health adoption and retention metrics.
  • Support the identification of upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success Account Management Customer Support or similar roles.
  • Experience in SaaS fintech or enterprise technology is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Business Technology or a related field.
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes in Mexico and payment ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of financial processes invoicing or accounts receivable.
  • Experience in software implementation or customer onboarding.
  • Understanding of ERP or financial system integrations.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
