Whats the Short Version
The Marketing Intern Digital Analytics is responsible for supporting the Digital Team during an 8-week program held onsite at our headquarters in Issaquah WA. This role supports the analysis optimization and reporting of digital product performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance data initiatives. During the 8-week period the intern will gain hands-on experience in data-driven decision making and digital product analytics.
What Will You Be Doing
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing digital product analytics including dashboards and performance reports.
- Participate in the launch and evaluation of new product features analyzing usage and impact.
- Support product lifecycle projects by gathering cleaning and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Observe live research sessions collect insights and contribute to data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned.
- Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed.
- Help manage and prioritize an analytics idea backlog.
- Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops warehouse tours and meetings with leadership.
- May perform or support special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
What Are We Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Data analytics Marketing Business Computer Science or a related field
- Strong attention to detail organizational analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Responsive to staff needs including professionalism respect and consideration of others
Whats Our Offer
Pay: Youll earn $21.39 on an hourly basis.
Paid Time Off: Youll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked.
What Should You Expect
Hybrid: SanMars Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
