PAY RATE: $26-31/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform decorative interior repairs including painting surface prep and sweep & fill

• Interpret technical drawings specifications and work instructions to complete installations

• Apply coatings primers adhesives sealants and specialty finishes

• Troubleshoot and resolve non-standard or complex interior issues

• Maintain high standards of safety quality and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control

• Use hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment

• Operate mechanical lifts (ladders snorkel lifts etc.)

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers

Requirements:

• 1 year of aerospace fabrication or manufacturing experience with decorative finishes (paints laminates vinyl plastics etc.)

• Experience with aircraft interior repair adjustments and installations

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and work instructions

• Experience with sanding painting laminates (declam) and cosmetic rework (color/texture matching)

• Ability to work variable shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd)

• Ability to meet physical demands (lifting 10 35 lbs climbing bending working in confined spaces)

• Ability to work with chemicals using proper PPE

• Must pass color vision screening (post-offer)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
