Key Responsibilities -
Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Deliver therapy to improve mobility function and pain management
-
Use therapeutic techniques and equipment (e.g. ultrasound heat therapy etc.)

Supervise physical therapy assistants and support staff
-
Assist with prosthetics and orthotics fitting and adjustments
-
Track patient progress and update care plans accordingly
Requirements -
Masters degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent)
-
Active Physical Therapy license (state-specific)
-
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
-
Experience in rehab ortho or acute care preferred
