About the role:
The Electronic oral Health Record (EoHR) project is seeking a strategic Business Analyst to lead the transformation of oral health service delivery across Victoria. This key role will drive the development and implementation of future state requirements for our state-wide electronic health record system working to deliver a unified Dental Record Number (DRN) solution.
This exciting opportunity will lead the discovery and analysis of business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups including 50 Community Dental Agencies across Victoria ensuring alignment between technical solutions and operational needs.
You will play a pivotal role in leading and fostering high-level stakeholder engagement across executive leadership clinical leaders technical and operational workstreams. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop business processes.
To succeed in this role you will manage complex stakeholder relationships with the ability to influence positive outcomes and champion innovative solutions.
We are seeking a Business Analyst who combines solid technical capability with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive endtoend analysis across system configuration workflow improvement and operational performance
