HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
- Support Poker Room operations by assisting with guest service room flow and table needs
- Learn and observe poker dealing procedures game protection and regulatory compliance
- Shadow Poker Supervisors and Managers to understand operational decision-making
- Help maintain a clean organized and guest-ready Poker environment
- Follows all safety protocols and reports unsafe working conditions immediately
- Provide friendly professional service to all guests and team members
- Assist with administrative tasks reporting and project-based assignments
- Demonstrate professionalism punctuality and a willingness to learn
- Uphold all company policies procedures and gaming regulations
Responsibilities
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend stoop twist reach and move throughout the poker room
- Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities
Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Hospitality Business Gaming or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in gaming operations hospitality or casino leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Basic proficiency with technology and mobile devices
- Ability to obtain a Virginia Lottery Gaming License
