Compensation & Benefits

$55.00 - $60.00 per visit

Responsibilities

Monday to Friday (8:30AM 5:00PM EST)
Deliver compassionate high-quality care to home health patients
Collaborate with doctors Clinical Team Managers and interdisciplinary teams
Be an advocate for patients and help manage care plans
Use your clinical expertise to support patients health and independence
Make a real difference in patients lives - every single day

Requirements

Active RN license in Florida
Valid Florida drivers license active vehicle insurance and clear MVR
Psych Certification Required
Strong initiative and independent judgement
Alignment with the agencys mission and values
