JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst Organizational Effectiveness provides advanced organizational effectivenessfocused analytics and diagnostics that inform OE priorities system-level insights and decision-making. This role designs and applies OE analytic frameworks and diagnostic models integrates qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources and connects organizational insights to business outcomes. The Senior Analyst partners closely with OE Talent & Culture and business stakeholders to support organizational health performance and alignment through rigorous insight-driven analysis.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and apply OE analytic frameworks diagnostic models and organizational assessments to support enterprise analysis of culture organizational health structure and ways of working
- Conduct advanced workforce and organizational analyses using qualitative and quantitative methods including evaluation of spans and layers workflow friction points role clarity patterns and team functioning to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities
- Link organizational insights to business outcomes through modeling trend analysis and scenario-based insights that connect OE findings to performance readiness and alignment
- Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and analytic views that surface key organizational insights trends and priorities and guide OE focus areas and decision-making
- Translate diagnostics into data-backed insights and recommendations by providing analytic input to system-level facilitation and OE consulting efforts informing organizational actions that support performance and alignment
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in Organizational Development Organizational Psychology Analytics Human Resources Business or a related field required.
- Masters degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of experience in organizational analytics workforce analytics organizational diagnostics or related disciplines with demonstrated success designing and applying analytic frameworks integrating qualitative and quantitative data building enterprise dashboards and translating insights into data-backed organizational actions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness organizational health and workforce analytics concepts and methodologies
- Strong skill in designing and applying OE analytic frameworks diagnostic models and assessments for enterprise analysis
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to integrate qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to generate systemic organizational insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft-based data and reporting tools including Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and communicate insights
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and dashboarding tools (e.g. Power BI) to design develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and analytic views
- Ability to work within SAP and SAP-enabled HR or workforce data environments to support organizational and workforce analysis
- Working knowledge of statistical or data query tools (e.g. SQL SPSS Python) to support advanced analysis and modeling
- Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into clear narratives
- High standards for data quality ethics confidentiality and responsible use of team member and organizational data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including preparation of executive-level insights and materials
