Job Responsibilities
1. Training & Test Administration
- Manage course registrations and candidate enrolment
- Prepare documentation in compliance with BCA / regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems (AMS/TMS/LMS)
- Generate candidates summary
- Coordinate with trainers salesperson and candidates for daily operations
2. Compliance & Documentation Control
- Ensure all records are properly filed and audit-ready
- Maintain strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols
- Perform documentation checks to avoid errors and non-compliance
3. Operational Coordination
Liaise with salesperson trainers and operations team
Requirements
- Diploma / O Level or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 12 years administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- Comfortable with digital systems and data management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a structured fast-paced environment
- Location: 45 Sungei Kadut Loop
