Job description
In this role as an ambassador you serve as the listening ear and friendly voice of Rituals. Your primary channels of assistance include phone social media and email. Your approach is marked by a genuine desire to provide helpful responses infused with a generous dose of personal attention. Not by mindlessly following a corporate script but by being genuinely aware genuinely interacting helping and inspiring. Whoever the customer is as ambassador you give them that relaxed Rituals feeling. Sometimes by reassuring them (no of course we dont test our products on animals!). Sometimes by suggesting a great alternative. After all helping customers isnt just a job for youits your favorite ritual. You excel at swiftly finding solutions to problems and strive to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations whenever possible.

Job requirements

You have at least a higher general secondary education or secondary vocational education degree.
German and English flow smoothly from your mouth and keyboard.
You are flexible in working hours and available for 24 40 hours a week.
Flexible working hours from Monday through Friday between 08:45 and 21:00 and on weekends between 10:00 and 18:30.
You have creative and customer directed writing skills.
You are service-oriented have a talent for teamwork and excellent communication skills.

Our offer (you cant refuse)

A competitive salary of 2.75421 gross per month based on 40 hours a week irregularity and commuting allowances.

A remote work allowance of 2.40 per day.
A travel allowance of 0.19 per km (up to 50 km one way) if you come by your own transport or full reimbursement of public transport costs using yourNS Business Card.

Social events such as an annual party Cygnific BBQ and every three monthsa Little-Friday XXL.

Your onboarding

To help you youll begin with 4-day training at Rituals HQ and the Cygnific office in Amsterdam or Enschede. You must be available full-time during this period. After your training you can always count on your colleagues for questions or help; our troubleshooters are also here for you!
