Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the parts sales process from start to finish

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

  • Provide accurate updates on parts availability and order status

  • Interpret and navigate parts catalogs to identify and source components

  • Answer calls provide pricing and assist with customer inquiries

  • Review body shop estimates to ensure accuracy in parts and pricing

  • Deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and external customers

  • Pull and fulfill parts orders while maintaining accurate inventory

  • Perform routine stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Notify management of shortages or urgent inventory needs

  • Source out-of-stock parts and place emergency orders when necessary

  • Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed

  • Process payments and obtain credit authorizations when required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Previous auto parts sales experience (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to read and interpret safety and technical documents

  • Basic math skills including calculations involving percentages discounts and measurements

  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
