Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Own the structured product line: Lead the planning design and innovation of the product roadmap including Dual Investment Discount Buy and other yield-generating products
- Design product rules and yield structures in collaboration with Quant and Market Maker to drive competitive pricing TVL volume and revenue
- Explore crypto TradFi convergence opportunities including RWA tokenized equities and stablecoin yield products
- Analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and propose effective operational strategies
- Partner with Marketing BD Risk and Legal to drive product adoption
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in financial products with a strong preference for backgrounds in structured products options trading or wealth management; Web3/crypto experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of options fundamentals and crypto market dynamics including common yield sources and arbitrage mechanics
- Outstanding communication coordination and project management skills with the ability to drive complex projects to completion
- Strong user insight and innovative thinking capable of translating user needs into product features
- Fluent in Mandarin with working-level English for effective cross-team and partner communication
