We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Office Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced sales office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied administrative role supporting both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Input customer orders using bespoke industry software
- Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requirements
- Liaise with customers via phone and email providing excellent service
- Coordinate with internal departments including production and transport
- Maintain accurate data entry across internal systems
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Prepare documents reports and general correspondence
- Support the team in improving administrative processes and office efficiency
What Were Looking For
- Experience in previous Sales environment
- Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Flexible adaptable and willing to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
