What You Will Bring
Minimum 8 years related experience in sales incentives sales operations pricing or commercial strategy.
Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
Experience working within an automotive captive finance organization or OEM environment preferred.
Familiarity with incentive management systems CRM tools and sales reporting platforms preferred.
Related extended warranty insurance captive finance industry experience a plus.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing Economics or related field.
MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Financial and analytical rigor quantitative and problem solving skills balanced with strong execution skills.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to synthesize data think strategically and formulate sound recommendation quickly.

Strong understanding of automotive retail dealer operations and finance/lease products.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to present to upper management.
Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work Environment

What to Expect
The Sr. Manager Sales Analytics & Incentive is responsible for business analytics to support corporate objectives and for the design execution governance and optimization of sales incentive programs that drive vehicle sales finance and lease penetration and overall portfolio profitability. This role combines hands-on program ownership with direct people leadership to ensure operational excellence. This role partners closely with Sales Marketing Finance Legal and HR to ensure incentive programs are competitive compliant cost-effective and aligned with strategic addition this role will act as lead on analyzing HCI finance and commercial data and reporting projects conducting sales and opportunity review supporting database management overseeing field / management reporting and tracking incentive program performance.
What You Will Do
1. Incentive Strategy & Program Design
Lead the design of national and regional sales incentive programs to support vehicle sales and captive finance objectives.
Serve as the subject matter expert on incentive/campaign mechanics ensuring programs balance sales growth dealer engagement risk and profitability.
Translate business strategies into effective incentive/campaign structures that balance growth risk and profitability.
Evaluate competitive incentive/campaign activity and recommend strategic responses.
Partner with OEM marketing and sales teams to align captive incentives with vehicle launch strategies and sales campaigns.
Allocate work across the team while personally owning complex high impact incentive programs and initiatives.
2. Program Execution & Governance
Manage end-to-end incentive lifecycle including program setup approval workflows dealer communication and post-program reconciliation.
Ensure programs are implemented accurately within incentive systems and dealer facing platforms.
Establish and enforce governance standards controls and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies dealer agreements and regulatory requirements.
Partner with Finance and Accounting to forecast incentive spend manage accruals and manage budget adherence.
Oversee incentive system configuration and ensure accurate program setup in dealer-facing and internal platforms.
3. Performance Analytics Reporting & Optimization
Lead analysis of incentive performance ROI dealer participation finance penetration and customer outcomes.
Develop and maintain dashboards across finance insurance and commercial and reporting to track sales effectiveness penetration rates and budget utilization.
Identify opportunities to simplify incentive/campaign structures improve program effectiveness and enhance dealer adoption.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct and deliver full post-mortem business analytics for incentives Month/Quarter-end Closing Programs & Promotions Claims and other key business drivers directly impacting business.
Analyze & process data to arrive at optimal and realistic decisions maintain KPI performance monitoring and initiative tracking executive dashboards and support dashboard and reporting.
Manage regular production of data-driven management tools including oversee the data analytics infrastructure to ensure data integrity consistency and support evolving IT needs for executives HCI management & field sales and other HCA departments.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses to provide insight and analyze trends of product sales originations claims vehicle sales and SLAs Document existing state and manage centralized reporting inventory of all HCI reports (Sales Field Vendor Operations Planning).
4. Cross-Functional & Dealer Partnership
Serve as a key point of contact for Sales Dealer Relations Marketing Finance IT and other key stakeholders on incentive-related strategy and execution.
Support escalation management for complex dealer inquiries or disputes related to incentive eligibility payments or interpretation.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and materials summarizing incentive strategy outcomes and recommendations.
5. Project & Vendor Management
Act as a lead on key initiatives system enhancements and/or KPI performance analysis including planning scheduling and status reporting to ensure successful implementation.
Interface with Business Systems Process Improvement Teams HCI affiliates (EPMO IT EFC/PPC) outside vendors (Safeguard DealerTrack etc.) as needed.
Manage project teams timelines and budgets to deliver on key initiatives.
Prepare presentations to support recommended changes new initiatives or enhancements.
Assist with OEM and/or vendor audit(s) as needed to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
Lead mentor and develop team members by providing direction performance feedback and support to ensure effective collaboration professional growth and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
