Work only Saturday & Sunday
Two 12.5-hour shifts

Schedule
Saturday: 12.5-hour shift (7:00-7:30)
Sunday: 12.5-hour shift
Total Paid: Equivalent of 37.5 hours
What Youll Do
Supervise and lead nursing staff (CNA LPN) during weekend shifts
Oversee clinical operations medication administration and treatments
Ensure compliance with NYSDOH regulations and facility policies
Support resident care plans and quality outcomes
Communicate with physicians families and interdisciplinary teams
Act as the clinical leader on duty
Qualifications
Active LPN License
Prior nursing supervisor / charge nurse experience (Preferred)
Experience in skilled nursing rehab or long-term care (Preferred)
Strong leadership communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment
